How it works

Up and running in three steps.

Setup happens in Discord. There is no separate account to create.

  1. Add Sentinel

    Invite Sentinel to your Discord server.

  2. Run /setup

    Choose your Staff, Admin and Management roles, then turn on the modules you want. The server owner can link ER:LC whenever they’re ready.

  3. Run your team

    Staff clock in with /shift manage, request leave with /loa request and record actions with /punish.

ER:LC integration is optional. Playtime tracking and live server tools need a linked ER:LC server; everything else works without one.

Security and control

Careful with your server and your staff.

Sentinel protects your ER:LC server key and gives each staff tier only the access it needs.

  • Server keys stay private

    Your ER:LC server key is entered in a private form and stored encrypted. Sentinel never shows it in Discord again, in whole or in part.

  • Owner-only linking

    Only the Discord server owner can link, replace or unlink an ER:LC server.

  • Tiered permissions

    Staff, Admin and Management roles each get the actions they need. Access is re-checked on every button press.

  • Kept separate per server

    Each Discord server’s records, settings and linked accounts are kept apart from every other server’s.

  • Accountable changes

    Destructive actions need an explicit confirmation. Configuration changes and bulk data actions are recorded in an audit trail.

  • Official Roblox sign-in

    Roblox accounts are linked through Roblox’s own sign-in, never matched by username or nickname.
